An established brand, trapped in an informational website

Since 2009, Alternative Energetiche has installed over 1,000 solar systems for homes and businesses across Italy, backed by partnerships with SolarEdge, Tesla and Sunpower. But its website still worked like a digital business card: it communicated who they were, not what they could do for their clients. There was no clear entry point for two audiences with different needs —residential and business— and no tool that translated that experience into a real interaction.
